Data Analysis Challenge

Throughout this course we will be working on a data analysis and visualization challenge related to the Vis4Good movement. Read the Project page for more details. Your task for next week is to find team mates and prepare a small presentation where you pitch a few possible topics that you could work on. You will present your topics in class and we will discuss.

Your Task

  • Form a group up to 2-3 students (we will have done this in class, if you weren't there, search for a team on Slack). Find a team name.
  • Meet with your team or form a private channel on Slack where you can meet to discuss
  • With the team pitch three topics that have potential societal impact and that you would be excited to explore more. At this point do not do any research on datasets etc.
